The published deadline for submitting full papers passed. A number of you have called or written to us requesting an extension. We have decided to extend the deadline to Janaury 28, 2009. However, the sooner you submit your paper the more time you allow us for format check so we can meet our deadline.
To those who have already submitted their full paper, our thanks. You will only hear from us again if your manuscript did not fully conform to the guidelines, and/or if you have not sent in your signed copyright form.
Full preliminary program should be available on the website by the beginning of next week.
Finally, on-line registration should open within the week. From now until February 2, early-bird registration rates will be in effect. After Feb. 2 through March 2, early registration rates are in effect. From March 3 through on-site registration, late registration rates are in effect.
The rates for full registration are:
