First time login requires that the submitter/author choose a user id and password.
Complete personal profile containing contact information.
The submitter can update the personal profile, at any time between submission date to the date when final mailing list for proceeding shipment is compiled.
Prepare "paper profile" for each submission. (title, authors, & a choice of session.
Prompted for paper upload.
Receive an e-mail confirmation with copy to TPC.
Resubmitting, moving to another sessions, change the title etc. possible until review begins.
Hyper link view to all the author's submitted papers.
Authorized chairs have an instant feedback to disposition of all submissions.

Notes:

Summary Submissions can be done in any format that the committee approves. Spectrum 2000 committee encouraged submittal of PDF, MSWord, and WordPerfect files.
A submitter is not limited to one submission. One personal profile can accommodate several "paper" submissions. Each submission profile can have different co-authors and other information.
GC and/or TPC will decide the number of groups. Some divisions assign four categories (accept, accept with revisions, reject unless modified, and reject), - reject unless revised and accept with revisions are sent different form letters.
